I am a conservative and a patriot. I believe in the original concept of Democracy. This country worked hard for it, sacrificed many lives for it, and set an example for the world. We do not need a "remake". As with any government, or society, there is always room for improvement. There are always wrongs that need righted. However, the concept of throwing 200 years of struggle for our way of life away for a massive world socialist dream is unacceptable. So is talking down our country, which has done more for the world, contributed more in physical and monetary aid than any other country, and sacrificed more lives for the salvation of others than any other nation.
The Executive and Legislative branches of our government are elected offices, presumably for the benefit of all the people and the preservation of our country. They are trusted positions, not to be taken lightly, not to be used as a "playground" for partying and spending. In theory, these people are supposed to be in touch with the people, and, at the very least, they are required to understand the policies that they vote on. If they don't have the time or the intellect to do their jobs, then maybe it's time they were replaced. Elections are coming.
If we are asked, in the future, to put our country in the hands of the intellectual elite, we are in big trouble.
We have carried political correctness and fear to the point of distorting history itself. We are furthering our own agendas by altering text books, apologizing for our past, denigrating ourselves in the eyes of the world. When the truth is, the world does not want a weak America. To many around the world, we are the dream that they want to come too, a last bastion of hope, and rightly so.
I intend to include some historical distortions that have appeared as historical documentaries. I also included some disturbing quotes of our time. Whatever else we can say, we cannot say that we weren't warned. The question now is, "Do we care enough to stand up for our country?"
